Throughout the 12-411 process, you’ll have direct, one-on-one communication with our team — especially during the initial stages.
Here’s what to expect:
1. One-on-One Guidance During the First 10 Steps As you work through the 10 steps in our client portal, you’ll receive personalized coaching and support to ensure your documents and profile are completed correctly.
2. Direct Access to Your Assigned NoTaxPro Once you’re transitioned to the tax phase, you’ll connect directly with your certified NoTaxPro, who will prepare your tax return and answer any return-specific questions.
3. QC Phase Communication After your CPA submits your file to Quality Control, our internal team takes over. From this point, communication becomes more streamlined and efficient:
o We will reach out to you only if documents are missing or clarification is needed.
o We’ll also provide updates on the status of your return as it moves through our final review and submission process.
Support Options Always Available
At any point, you can: o Schedule a 12-411 support meeting using the calendar system
o Call our office directly
o Email our support team, using the support contact info inside your client portal
