What should I do while I’m waiting on the Quality Control team?

Once you enter the Quality Control phase, the process becomes entirely hands-on for our internal team. This is where we review your documents, confirm legal and procedural accuracy, and prepare your final submission to the IRS, Treasury, and Federal Reserve.

During this stage:

• Our founder and QC team are actively working on your file

• All paperwork is being reviewed line-by-line for precision

• You’re not expected to do anything unless we specifically reach out

We only contact you if:

• We need additional documents or clarification

• Something critical is required to move your file forward

Otherwise, our goal is to streamline everything, stay focused, and complete your file as quickly and accurately as possible.

What you should do:

• Be responsive if we request anything

• Be patient and trust the process

• Rest easy knowing your case is in expert hands
