Yes — you’ll have direct support every step of the way.
Your main point of contact will be Kobe on the Wealth Guaranteed Client Success Team. Kobe is here to serve as your personal liaison — answering your questions, guiding you through the onboarding steps, and making sure your experience is seamless and supported from day one to completion.
Here’s what you can expect:
1-on-1 guidance during your 10-step onboarding process in the Wealth Guaranteed client portal
Real-time support through scheduled meetings, email communication, or even quick phone calls when needed
Clear instructions and reminders for anything you need to submit, update, or complete
Prompt responses to questions, concerns, or requests for clarification
And once you’ve been passed to our NoTaxPros and then on to Quality Control, our internal teams will still reach out with updates as needed — and you can always contact us directly using the support email or by scheduling a 12-411 Support Meeting through your client portal.
Bottom line:
You’re never left alone. From enrollment to final filing — and every year after — you’ll have Kobe and the Wealth Guaranteed team standing beside you, making sure your process is done right, your questions are answered, and your exemption is protected.
