Not in the form of income. Once you complete the 12-411 process, your income is no longer sourced from or classified under the federal system. This means you should not receive payments, benefits, or compensation from the federal government that are treated as income, as this could potentially conflict with your non-taxable classification.
That said, federal benefits that are not income-based—such as Medicare access or use of services —are not off-limits. However, we advise all clients to avoid entering into contracts or benefit agreements with the federal government, as doing so could potentially create entanglements that conflict with the lawful money status you’ve adopted.
The bottom line:
No federal income or payments should be accepte
Non-income-based federal services may still be used cautiously.
Avoid contracting or engaging financially with federal agencies whenever possible.
